Choosing the right paper for your print
You may spend hours designing a beautiful leaflet or have paid a graphic designer a good amount to create a PDF or Jpeg business card for you, but what about the printing? When it comes to printing there are a few options in regards to paper quality, colour quality and size. When choosing the size of your printed literature make sure that your PDF or Jpeg has been created large enough to allow this as over sizing images can distort them and make them pixelated.
Colours often get a little confusing but most good printers and graphic designers will be able to advise you on what you need. Paper quality is often personal choice, some companies have a leaflet or poster designed and then print them in house to save money. This is ok if you have a high quality printed and paper but if not then it is probably worth taking it to a printers to have it done correctly. High quality leaflets printed on normal A4 paper do not normal look good.
